Family Law
Extensive experience in all types of family law cases. I have successfully completed hundreds of Adoptions, Divorces, Child custody, Child support cases.
Divorce
Mediated and Agreed upon divorces. If both parties agree to the divorce, I can draft all the paperwork for you at one time then give it to you to file or I can file it for you. I believe that you are much better off financially and emotionally if you can agree to a divorce. If you cannot agree I had finalized hundreds of divorces for clients through mediations and trials.
Adoptions
CONGRATULATIONS! I have helped hundreds of people adopt their children. I will draft all the paperwork for you after our initial meeting. Then I will file all the necessary paperwork, get a date for you to appear in court, when it is convenient for you and then represent you at the court hearing. This makes it a fast and easy process for you.
Personal Injury
Vehicle accidents, Injuries… We offer reduced fees for our services. Most attorneys take one third of the money the insurance company agrees to pay you for your injury. You were the person injured, why should your attorney get 1/3 of the money for YOUR injury? I don’t think this is fair to you. I will aggressively work for you to get you the best result, usually for a reduced percentage.
Criminal Law
Major crimes and petty crimes, all types of felony and misdemeanor trial and court experience. If you think you are going to be changed with a crime, call me right away so I can get started helping you as soon as possible. Numerous times I have prevented criminal charges from being filed by working with my clients and the prosecutor. If you think you are going to be charged with a crime, call me as soon as possible so I can contact the people or prosecutor for you and try to stop the charges from being filed. DON’T WAIT!
Domestic Violence
If you have had an incident with a family member, roommate or someone you are in a dating relationship with, even if there was not any physical violence, call me IMMEDIATELY. The incident can trigger a whole series of problems for you.
DUI’s
I have represented hundreds of people charged with DUI. I have taken dozens of DUI’s to trial and won most of them. I have gotten the prosecutor to dismiss numerous DUI’s and when they would not do what was right, I have filed motions, argued the motions and had the judge dismiss numerous DUI’s. I cannot guarantee you what a prosecutor, judge or jury would do in your case but I can promise you that I will work hard to get you the best result possible.
